Candidates who will have the minimum of a lower second-class degree must apply through UCAS in the usual way to course code A101 (the closing date is 15 October 2014). In addition you must have sat the GAMSAT examination.
Year 1 (First 18 Months): problem-based learning course; clinical and professional development 1 and 2. Year 2: clinical practice; community follow-up project; therapeutics; the treatment and prevention of infection. Year 3: child health; obstetrics and gynaecology; psychiatry; health care of the elderly; dermatology, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology (specials); special study. Year 4: advanced clinical experience; transition to practice.
