Students learn how to design or improve the way an organisation selects, develops and manages people; the course in management psychology focuses on the contribution of applied psychology to the understanding and practice of management in organisational settings; it builds on the institute�s strong reputation in professional education in occupational and organisational psychology to offer a more specialised programme relevant to those who wish to develop careers in general or human resource management either in the UK or abroad.
2.1 (Upper 2nd Class Honours degree or international equivalent); the main requirement is to demonstrate an interest in improving individual, team and organisational effectiveness, whether as a manager, HR specialist or consultant; IELTS:6.5 (no less than 6.0 in any element); TOEFL IBT:87 with no less than 21 in listening, 22 in reading, 23 in speaking and 21 in writing.
