Workplace Health and Wellbeing
This programme is an innovative development in education and training for those who wish to increase their knowledge and skills in the management of contemporary issues in workplace health. It is provided by the Institute of Work, Health and Organisations at The University of Nottingham, an internationally renowned centre of excellence in research and postgraduate education.
2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent, or a NEBOSH diploma (level 6); candidates with other qualifications may be considered on an individual basis; relevant professional work experience involving responsibility for the management of workplace health and/or safety; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS: 6.5 (with no less than 6 for each element), TOEFL paper based: 573 with 4.5 in the TWE, or TOEFL IBT: 87 with no less than 21 in any element.
Topics covered on this course include: the management of workplace health; stress, organisations and culture; health legislation, guidance and standards for managing stress; health: changing attitudes and behaviour; contemporary issues in workplace health; marketing workplace health.
