Sensory Science

Students will acquire skills and experience on completion which will significantly enhance your employability either within a research environment or in industry. The intensive, modular nature of the part-time route also makes it easily accessible if you are currently working in the food and allied industries.

Entry requirements

Good Honours degree and Master's degree in relevant area.

Course modules

Compulsory: sensory evaluation and sensory techniques; sensory evaluation and statistics. Optional: food flavour; psychophysics, physiology and perception; consumer studies and market research.
