Human Computer Interaction

The course addresses core areas of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) SIGCHI curricula for human-computer interaction and is intended for students with diverse disciplinary backgrounds and experiences, including: computer science, engineering, natural science, social science, and art and design.

Entry requirements

2.2 (or international equivalent) in a computer science, engineering, natural sciences, social sciences or art and design subject. English language requirements: IELTS 6.5 (no less than 6.0 in any element).

Course modules

Modules include: introduction to human computer interaction; studying human performance; cognitive ergonomics in design; introduction to computer programming; programming.

Assessment methods

Assessment methods include an individual research project.
