Psychological Research Methods
This course provides training in the basic and advanced research skills necessary to carry out effective research in the psychological sciences; it integrates an understanding of research design and strategy with personal development and employment-related skills; the course is approved by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) as the first part of a 1+3 postgraduate training programme leading eventually to a PhD.
2.1(Upper 2nd Class Honours degree or international equivalent); 1st degree in a relevant scientific discipline e.g psychology, behavioural science, ergonomics, human factors or social sciences with some psychology content; IELTS:6.5 (no less than 6.0 in any element); TOEFL IBT:87 with no less than 21 in listening, 22 in reading, 23 in speaking and 21 in writing.
