Modules include: the evolution of diplomacy; the law of war and peace; the theory and practice of diplomacy. Elective modules: contemporary warfare; air power; politics of south east Asia; strategy and security; China's international relations; terrorism; war, peace and terror.
Assessment is typically by a mixture of coursework and examination, both of which will usually be assessed in the semester in which the module is taught. Students also complete a dissertation.
