Sociology and Social Policy
Applicants must have at least an Upper 2nd Class (2.1) degree or equivalent and a Master's degree with an average mark of at least 60%; International students must also have one of the following English language tests: IELTS 7.0 (no less than 6.0 in any element); TOEFL iBT (100 with no less than 21 in listening and writing, 22 in reading, 23 in speaking); CELE pre-sessional course final assessment of 'Pass with Distinction'.
Areas of research include: science, technology and society; public and social policy; migration, citizenship and identity; social work; children and childhood; trauma studies; mental health.
