Human Resource Management
This course provides the knowledge and skills to enable you to become an effective human resources professional and manager of people.
A 2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent in any academic subject and seeking to pursue or continue a human resources career. Applicants with appropriate work experience and a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 3 or 5 qualification will be considered. Applicants are subject to interview. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 with no component score below 6.0.
Modules include: Leadership skills and management; resourcing, learning and talent management; managing human resources and employment relationships in context; the human resources practitioner researcher and the global perspective.
Assessment differs from unit to unit, but all consist of varying forms of coursework alongside examinations. You will also complete a 15,000-word dissertation on a topic of your choice.
