Civil Engineering with Structural Engineering
As large structures dominate our skylines and our infrastructure is of utmost necessity, it is important that we have professionals who are equipped to manage and develop the modern world that we live in. Our course aims to extend your understanding of the core disciplines of civil engineering and provides an in-depth insight into the current design and construction practices for structural engineering works.
A good Honours degree in civil engineering or a related subject, or equivalent industrial and work experience. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.0 with no component score below 5.5.
Modules include: Environmental management for civil engineering; civil engineering science; structural engineering design project; strategic and general management; independent research project.
Assessment methods include examinations, coursework, projects and a dissertation.
