On this course you can: use our fully equipped multi-platform suites and computer labs to enhance your learning experience; analyse high-frequency signals, measure antennas in our anechoic chamber or experiment with our range of control applications including helicopter development kits and walking robots; carry out your final project in a workplace environment or relate your topic to a current issue in industry.

Entry requirements

A good Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject or a Master's degree in an appropriate subject. Exceptionally, equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications will be considered. English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 with no component score below 6.0.

Course modules

The School of Computing has a thriving and active research culture that pushes the boundaries of computing and the application of computer systems. Research covers a wide range of areas, with projects ranging from highly theoretical to very practical.
