Business Economics in Emerging and Developing Markets
This course explores the economics of business in emerging and developing economies. You will examine whether businesses are different in emerging and developing economies. This course will prepare you for roles such as a corporate manager, economic consultant or policy maker, where it is useful to understand the key economic principles that underpin business operations at both national and international level.
An upper 2nd Class Honours degree, or equivalent from a university outside the UK, with a good understanding of core economics and quantitative methods.
Modules include: Small business economics; the economics of multinational enterprise; economic development in emerging markets; economics of development.
