French Studies

The MA (Res) French Studies is mainly intended as a preparation for research in the field of French and Francophone Studies, and offers great flexibility of choice. In addition to core modules you can choose from topics relating to your research specialism.

Entry requirements

Usually a good 2.1 Honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK), in a relevant field. This should be combined with a good understanding of the target language.

Modules include: research methods; training in research skills; dissertation.
