International Banking Law
The course takes advantage of the strengths of both a leading law school and a leading business school.
Applicants are required to have an undergraduate Honoursdegree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). However, we encourage applications from a non-law background and all applications will be assessed on their merit.
Modules include: International banking law; financial markets; international finance and investment law: doing the deals; international corporate governance and the law; legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions and takeovers.
