Oil and Gas Law
This course studies the combination of legal, environmental and economic considerations which lie at the heart of the oil and gasindustry. Modules can be chosen from the School of Law, School of Economics, School of Agriculture, Policy and Development, Henley Business School and the School of Archaeology, Geography and Environmental Science.
A good undergraduate Honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). Applications from students from non law backgrounds are encouraged.
Modules include: oil and gas contract law; legal issues in oil and gas; comparative oil and gas policy; climate change policy and governance; carbon and renewable energy economics.
