International Corporate Law
The course provides an overview of the main corporate law issues that arise in a multiplicity of transactions. It covers those aspects of law that corporate law practitioners could expect to encounter on a regular basis, including banking law, project finance, mergers and acquisitionsand corporate governance.
Applicants are required to have an undergraduate Honoursdegree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). However, we encourage applications from a non-law background and all applications will be assessed on their merit.
Modules include: International banking law; legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions and takeovers; international project finance, PPP and the law; international financial transactions: doing the deals; international commercial arbitration.
