Intellectual Property Law and Management
Intellectual property has a central role in the enhancement of creativity, innovation and commercial growth in the modern economy. The programme is designed to respond to the emergent demand for professionals who have studied intellectual property law to a high level. The programme will be relevant to graduates wishing to acquire advanced knowledge of legal and business aspects of intellectual property in a commercial context.
You are normally required to have a good undergraduate Honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). If you have other qualifications and a number of years' relevant work experience then you also be eligible to apply. We encourage applications from a non-law background and all applications will be assessed on their merit.
Modules include: International and comparative intellectual property law; copyright and designs; patents and trade marks; project skills; management of creative and cultural organisations.
