Food Technology (Quality Assurance)

This course helps you to develop knowledge of the application of science and technology to the provision of safe and high-quality food. You will have access to extensive laboratories for practicals and research projects including a pilot plant, food processing centre and sensory science centre. Entry requirements

MSc: You are required to have at least an upper second class honours degree in a pure or applied science (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). IELTS: 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent).
