Real Estate

The MSc Real Estate programme is based in the triple-accredited Henley Business School (AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB) at the University of Reading, and is fully accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)[1]. It will enable you to understand the workings of real estate markets and appropriate techniques applied in them. You will gain the key skills necessary to embark on a wide range of careers in the global real estate sector. Core areas covered include: investment appraisal, economics, real estate finance, valuation, international real estate, development, fund management, law, and sustainability. This programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. The programme is designed to be industry-facing, incorporating 'real-world' case studies, field trips and an industry challenge. By choosing appropriate modules you might specialise in Fund management, Development or Valuation and asset management. This programme is especially suitable for those graduates with a non-property- related degree who wish to develop skills and knowledge in the real estate sector. These skills will open up employment opportunities across the sector. [1] Accreditation is reviewed periodically. On satisfactory completion of the course, the student will achieve a qualification that is recognised by the accrediting body at the level stated.
