Behavioural Finance

The MSc Behavioural Finance is an established interdisciplinary course specialising in one of the most exciting and emerging areas of Finance. You will be immersed into two of the top schools in the country for both Finance and Psychology, and will study a thorough and balanced curriculum of both disciplines. This is the only postgraduate degree in the UK which blends both subjects evenly. The study of finance and psychology progresses through the programme so that you will obtain a critical grasp of core theory as well as application and analysis skills through a practice-centred approach which includes hands-on sessions, case studies and trading simulations. Designed to equip you with the transferable skills prized by employers both within and outside of traditional banking and finance sector, you will broaden your vocational knowledge and build a mixture of marketable quantitative expertise and soft skills. Utilise the ICMA Centre's affiliations with international financial organisations, including the International Capital Market Association in Zurich and Thomson Reuters. Experience world-class student facilities, including over 100 state-of-the-art trading simulation terminals supported by Thomson Reuters and Bloomberg, and equipped with the latest trading technology and software. Entry requirements

MSc: You are normally required to have a good first or second class honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). IELTS: 7.0 overall with no element less than 6.0 (or equivalent).
