International Commercial Law with Information Technology Law and Commerce

Develop a comprehensive overview of issues related to IT law and e-commerce with this pathway. In addition to all of the benefits of our International Commercial Law programme the pathway in Information Technology and Commerce will also provide you with a comprehensive overview of issues related to IT law and e-commerce, providing you with advanced knowledge of the regulatory and legal protection offered to online transactions. With the expansion of e-commerce, and the development of new services on the internet, this programme offers advanced knowledge of the regulatory and legal protection offered to online transactions. You will be able to choose from a wide choice of modules offered by the School of Law, Arts, Communications and Designs and the renowned Henley Business School. **Careers** A wide range of industries are in need of specialists on IT law, such as high tech companies, communications and information technology sectors, law firms, entertainment and media companies, international organisations, government and non-governmental organisations. Graduates also enter further academia.

Entry requirements

LLM: Entry requirements: You are normally required to have a good undergraduate honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). However, our participants come with a variety of relevant legal and non-legal experience and all applicants are considered on individual merit. IELTS: 6.5 overall with no element less than 5.5 (or equivalent).
