The Henley Executive
For experienced managers looking to develop their international management competencies, undertaking an MBA part time offers an ideal solution. Structured in a way that allows you to continue to work, the Henley Executive MBA (EMBA) is a part-time MBA that connects your learning to current global and relevant organisational issues. The Henley EMBA emphasises the importance of your personal development as a manager and includes personal support and business coaching. During the programme, you will work on company-based projects in high-performance learning groups. This part-time course is ideal for those managers who aspire to senior roles and wish to maintain their career path, adding benefit to their organisations while studying for an MBA. There is also a one-week international study trip on the programme and a further optional study visit. The programme MBA is based at our Greenlands campus in Henley-on-Thames, near London. It is established, trusted and favoured by industry, adding a powerful dimension to you as a manager and leader. You don't need to stop work to do the EMBA. In fact, most people don't. As this is a part-time MBA, conveniently situated near London, you can continue in your job and come to Henley once a month for an intensive three to four day workshop, where you will interact directly with our faculty and industry speakers as well as working collaboratively with your peers. **Careers** We offer all MBAs valuable professional skill development delivery in areas such as your Strengths for Career Development and Leadership, using Strengthscope™ to help you understand: Your personality and performance strengths The tasks and activities that are most likely to energise you and lead to high levels of engagement The likely consequences of using your strengths too much, too little or in a way that isn't appropriate for the situation The extent to which you apply your strengths optimally in the way you approach your work You will have one-on-one coaching with professional, qualified Career Consultants, all of whom have worked in industry; You can attend a number of alumni events and speaker engagements all designed to assist our students in meeting career goals by widening awareness and deepening knowledge; We also offer professional workshops and seminars that allow Henley MBAs to develop skills that will enhance their success on the job market.
MBA (Executive): Normally a good first or second class honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK). Those without a degree but with equivalent professional qualifications will also be considered. We also require a minimum of five years' management experience. IELTS: 7.0 overall with no element less than 6.0 (or equivalent).
