International Housing Development and Management

This course is designed for those working in, or proposing to work in, the fields of residential development and management. It will give you the necessary academic knowledge and skills to be able to work in any national context and to see the residential sector in the context of real estate development and management.

Entry requirements

Applicants are required to have an undergraduate Honours
degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK).

Course modules

Modules include: Housing economics; international housing policy and management; theories and concepts in planning and development; urbanisation and issues of urban governance; real estate development.
