Food Technology (Quality Assurance)

This course covers knowledge of the science and technology of food with an ability to apply and maintain advanced quality systems meeting international expectations.

Entry requirements

Applicants are required to have at least an upper 2nd Class Honours degree in a pure or applied science, or equivalent from a university outside the UK.

Course modules

Modules include: Food safety and microbiology; risk analysis in the food chain; food control management; sensory attributes of food; food processing.
