Environmental Pollution

This course provides you with a thorough understanding of the key principles of environmental science. Pollution of the environment is an ever-present problem and this course provides skills widely applicable to vocational specialisations in environmental assessment, protection and management.

Entry requirements

An Honours degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK) in any related field, e.g. Environmental Science, Earth/
Geoscience, Chemistry, Biology, Geography and Agriculture. Applications from those with no first degree but who have
previous experience will also be considered.

Course modules

Modules include: Transport processes in the environment; soils and water quality; integrated soil science (field class); soils, waste and environmental management; quantitative analysis of spatial data.
