Construction Cost Management

The course is aimed at new entrants to the professional practice of construction cost management, with degrees from any discipline. The purpose is to prepare non-cognate graduates for a career in quantity surveying or financial management in construction.

Entry requirements

Applicants are required to have an undergraduate Honours
degree (or equivalent from a university outside the UK).

Modules include: Construction cost engineering; construction economics; financial and management accounting; international construction; construction contract law.
