Biomechanics

This course critically examines the theoretical basis of methods of assessment and the practical application of data within biomechanics. It offers you a means of studying biomechanics from a discipline-specific standpoint and addresses the scientist's need to understand how theoretical biomechanics can be applied to the understanding and development of movement for sport, exercise and clinical applications.

Entry requirements

Normally a 2.1 or higher Bachelor's degree in sport science/studies or a related science-based degree. Candidates offering appropriate experiential knowledge and skills may also be considered.
