Global Criminology

Open your mind to a world perspective on crime and justice and the impact it has on society today. Our MA/PGDip Global Criminology course has been developed by our dynamic research-led team of criminologists to encourage you to think about key issues of crime and justice from a worldwide perspective. Global Criminology considers how problems of crime and justice extend beyond geographical, cultural and political borders and encourages you to take an interdisciplinary, international approach to contemporary criminological concerns in criminology such as violence against women and girls, drug trafficking, mass incarceration, transnational policing, genocide and crime in the media.

Entry requirements

You are usually expected to hold a 2nd Class Honours degree (or above) from an approved university or college in the UK, or a recognised degree from abroad.
