This course will develop the skills required to operate at senior levels within an organisation. The MBA is achieved via 3 distinct learning pathways: Salford MBA, digital business, and sports business. Each pathway has been formulated in partnership with our research centres to impart the latest in academic theory and professional practice.
A minimum 2.2 degree or equivalent in a business related subject. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years full-time post study work experience with evidence of managerial responsibility. A wide range of professional qualifications are also considered for partial fulfilment of entry criteria. Students whose 1st language is not English will need to provide evidence of proficiency in the English language.
Modules include: Managing the competitive environment; managing the organisational resource; financial management and social accounting; creative leadership and managing creative teams; resourcing learning and talent management; search and social media marketing; global supply chain management; MBA business innovation live project; digital innovation, managing the business of sport.
Assessment includes: Essays; assignments; exams; multiple-choice tests; online tests; group reports; portfolio work.
