Human Resource Management (HRM) with CIPD Intermediate Level Diploma
This course will provide you with the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to practice human resource management effectively. You will develop analytical, intellectual and evaluative skills, which will improve your understanding of HRM theory and how to put new concepts into practice.
On successful completion of the Graduate Certificate in in HRM, you will become a member of CIPD, receive a CIPD Intermediate Level Diploma, and also gain access to the MSc Human Resource Management (part-time), which offers Advanced Level Membership of CIPD.
In order to gain entry onto this course, you should have:
- An HND/HNC or academic/professional qualifications of an equivalent
- A CIPD Foundation Level certificate (such as Personnel Practice, Training Practice, Employment Law), or
- A Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) in HRM
We also welcome applications from students who may not have formal/traditional entry criteria but who have relevant experience or the ability to pursue the course successfully.
