A degree in dental technology or a relevant subject such as biomedical science or bioengineering. 2 years' post-qualification experience and be able to demonstrate advanced technical expertise in the field; or equivalent recognised professional qualifications in dental technology. English language requirements: overall IELTS grade of 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component, or equivalent.
Dental Technology; Introduction to Digital Dentistry and Dental Manufacturing; Dental Materials Science; Scientific Writing and Health Informatics; Dental Laboratory Governance; Research Methods in Clinical Dentistry; Research Project.
You'll be assessed on written assignments and examinations, practical laboratory work and objective structured practical examinations (OSPE).
