Research topics: cancer-induced bone disease; drug development: particularly breast; ovary; gastrointestinal and lung tumours; biology and management of lymphomas; biology and treatment of malignant melanoma; technical advances in radiotherapy planning and delivery; gestational trophoblastic disease; late effects of cancer and cancer treatments.

Entry requirements

Relevant upper 2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent from an approved institution; international candidates wishing to study for research degrees in clinical medicine must have passed the Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board (PLAB) examination or have obtained exemption from it.

Assessment methods

Assessment is by research project.
