Organisational Change Management
Graduates will be equipped to expertly advise and support organisations in areas of work including, for example, performance improvement strategies, programme management, staff engagement and motivation, leadership development and culture change. Real life case studies and projects will make the learning experience challenging and grounded in the practice of change management. The programme will help develop leadership and consulting skills giving graduates the confidence and credibility to enable and lead change in a wide range of demanding organisational contexts across the globe.
1st or Upper 2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent from a UK university or equivalent overseas/professional qualification and 5 years of managerial experience.
Core modules: Organisational change and transformation; organisational development; organisational assessment and diagnosis; appreciative inquiry; coaching and facilitation; consultancy skills. Optional modules: risk taking and decision making; strategic human resource management; comparative and international people management; project risk management research methods.
A range of assessment methods is used throughout the course, including essays, presentations and examinations.
