Environmental Pollution Control

Environmental pollution experts play a crucial role in the safe and responsible management of our environment. Entry requirements

2.1 Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as environmental science, geography, biology or environmental engineering.

Course modules

Compulsory modules include: environmental pollution; sustainable resource management; environmental law and management; air quality and environmental pollution; research project development; advanced research project. Optional modules: environmental management systems; geographical information systems; freshwater ecosystems; river basin management; coastal and maritime engineering and energy; energy resources and engineering; coastal flood defence; water resource management; river and fisheries restoration; waste and wastewater engineering.
