Social Statistics and Demography

Students plan their research in year 1 and undertake training in specific research skills and methods. During years 2 and 3, students conduct their research, including field-based research where applicable. Applicants give 2 seminars at the University during their studies and are encouraged to present their work at national and international conferences.

Entry requirements

Master�s degree in a relevant subject, or equivalent (occasionally candidates are admitted with a 1st or Upper 2nd Class Honours degree).
