Information Management with Placement

Entry requirements

MSc: Minimum second class honours degree or international equivalent. You must have an English language minimum score of IELTS 6.0 (with no component below 5.5).

Modules: Business Analysis; Machine Learning for Data Analytics; Information Systems Architecture; Database & Web Systems Development; Information Retrieval; Information Law; Big Data Technologies; Research Methods; Placement; Dissertation.

Assessment methods

Coursework assignments involve: Individual work; group projects; exams; practical work in computer laboratories. For the award of the MSc, you'll be required to complete an individual project under supervision. This should contain an element of original research.
