You can study any optional in your choice of our eight research groups: Architectural design and conservation; architecture and urbanism in the global south; built environment education and architectural pedagogy; construction law; cultural and historic studies; innovative construction technologies and building information management; sustainable design and technology; urban design.

Entry requirements

Doctor of Philosophy - PhD: You'll need a first or 2:1 UK Honours degree, or overseas equivalent, in any discipline. Previous research or industrial experience isn't necessary but is advantageous.
