The programme aims to realise your potential, so that you can immediately play an effective role in providing model-based support to managers to help them make better decisions at a strategic level.
Applicants should normally expect to have at least a 2nd Class Honours degree; students from a wide variety of 1st degrees are accepted onto the course.
Foundations of operational research and business analysis; quantitative business analysis; managing business operations; spreadsheet modelling and demand forecasting; strategy modelling and management; business simulation methods; risk analysis and management; business information systems; performance measurement and management.
Assessment is based on a dissertation.
