Entrepreneurial Finance

If you're looking to work in an entrepreneurial ecosystem, this is the course for you. The ability to navigate finance and investment is a recognised weakness in up-and-coming entrepreneurs and small businesses. Specialists in this area are becoming more and more sought after. When you graduate with your MSc in Entrepreneurial Finance, you'll be qualified to:

  • provide specialised finance help to startups
  • work as a finance expert for a startup or small business

You'll develop an advanced understanding of cutting-edge accounting and finance practices by taking classes from our internationally renowned Department of Accounting & Finance.

You'll attend specialist entrepreneurial finance classes at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship. On top of this, you'll also take a range of core, non-finance entrepreneurship classes. Both areas will focus on your entrepreneurial skills and on developing your capabilities. This will give you a valuable, well rounded and deep understanding of entrepreneurial organisations.

We also run a three month virtual incubation project in collaboration with the University of Waterloo, Canada. This is your opportunity to apply what you're learning.
