Business Administration (Marketing)

This programme is aimed at graduates with business and/or management experience; students develop strategic management knowledge, competence and problem-solving ability; they also become familiar with human resource management; international management practice; and the development of effective business cultures and performance enhancement.

Entry requirements

MBA: Applicants require a 2.2 Honours degree or equivalent; applicants must have a minimum of 6 months' work experience at graduate level and should be able to demonstrate their ability to operate at a managerial level.

Course modules

Modules include: Managing and leading people; operations management; marketing management; international business environment; global corporate strategy; financial management and control; information management; dissertation. Optional modules include: e-marketing; international marketing.

Assessment methods

Assessment is based on presentations; reports; work-based action research; and peer and self-assessment; and a dissertation.
