Information Technology Management

Management skills are taught through modules such as managing people and project leadership, project management and control and project risk and quality management. The IT modules provide you with knowledge of e-business models and practical skills for managing the development and implementation of IT systems.

Entry requirements

Entry requirements for applicants, should hold a 2.2 honours degree in a computing or IT discipline.

Modules include: Research skills and academic literacy; project management and control (double unit); managing people and project leadership; electronic commerce; project risk and quality and management; intelligent systems for management; decision support for management; project.

Assessment methods

Assessment methods include individual written reports and research papers, practical assignments and the Master's project.
