This programme is based around the application and significance of marketing in the challenging contemporary business and societal environments of the twenty first century; it is designed for both recent business and management graduates who are looking for a fast track into marketing management and for marketing professionals who wish to further their careers through gaining appropriate qualifications.

Entry requirements

At least a 2.2 honours degree or equivalent.

Course modules

Modules include: Strategic marketing management 1 (context, 30 credits); strategic marketing management 2 (application, 30 credits); dissertation (45 credits); plus 4 from (15 credits each): international marketing; marketing intelligence; e-marketing; consumer research; global integrated marketing communications; plus options from: enterprise and entrepreneurship; service operations management; innovation and growth; project management; managing diversity.

Assessment methods

Assessment is based on a combination of individual written assignments, presentations, portfolio development and time constrained assignments.
