Students whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (with a minimum 6.0 in each component).
Compulsory modules: Research methods; hospitality tourism and events operating systems; hospitality services marketing; organisational behaviour; accounting and finance for business; strategic management of international hotel companies. Elective modules: Business plan for hospitality and tourism; asset management; consumer behaviour; revenue management; intercultural management in the hospitality industry; ethics and corporate social responsibility; current issues in hotel development and management.
