International Financial Management
The rise in importance, complexity and uncertainty of international financial management poses a challenge for multinational organisations and those who wish to pursue a career within them. This programme provides the theoretical framework and practical skills required to meet the needs of future international finance and accounting professionals. The programme takes an integrated approach to finance, accounting and international business, delivering a coherent view that explores the interrelationships between the various components of the programme. The programme also provides a valuable foundation for those contemplating academic careers in this field and/or further study at PhD level.

Assessment methods include: Individual assignments (essays, case studies); group presentations/assignments (practical problem-solving cases); examinations (open or closed book); individually supervised dissertation.
For all (with the exception of MBA) postgraduate taught courses starting in September 2017 within the Surrey Business School and the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management we are offering all applicants who hold a 2:1 honours degree or equivalent the opportunity to be awarded between £2,000 and £4,000 through the Surrey International Scholarship for Excellence Scheme.
