This course offers a unique and challenging insight into issues of international law. In the context of world social, political and economic relations, the study of international law ranges from traditional topics such as the use of force and state sovereignty to contemporary challenges posed by environmental degradation, globalisation, international terrorism, armed conflict, and human migration.
