Enterprise and E-Marketing

The programme is designed to help students make the best use of the latest technology to gain access to new markets and customers. Its key elements of improving leadership, marketing and e-commerce are relevant to a wide range of organisations, including non-commercial businesses, such as those in the voluntary and third sectors. Parts of the programme will also be relevant to those in medium-sized and larger organisations. Better understanding of the challenges and opportunities of marketing online can reduce the direct marketing costs of a wide range of businesses. Through its learning content and assessment activities, the programme is designed to support effective leadership, innovation and commercialisation, enabling the business to grow sustainably.

Entry requirements

A 2.2 Honours degree. An ordinary degree will also be considered, along with appropriate professional experience. Candidates with no formal qualifications, who can demonstrate their abilities and engage in continuing professional development, are encouraged to apply. Applicants must also be in employment, and able to draw upon working experience in order to complete assessments.

Course modules

It is possible to study individual modules for personal or professional development, or work towards the PgCert, PgDip or full Masters degree Modules include: PgCert: entrepreneurial strategy and business growth; emarketing; creativity through collaboration; information decision making; digital measurement and optimisation; managing external and internal engagement, communication and marketing; online customer relationship marketing. PgDip: innovation for commercialisation; social media for management and marketing; creativity through collaboration information decision making; digital measurement and optimisation; managing external and internal engagement, communication and marketing; online customer relationship marketing. MSc: research methods; research project.
