This course aims to develop core skills in personal development; managing resources, understanding the impact of the market in meeting customer and quality requirements; information management and performance management for middle managers and those aspiring to senior management. Students are automatically given student membership to the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and access to their resources
An SQQF level 6 qualification or equivalent eg Scottish Highers. Alternatively relevant work experience will be considered on an individual basis.
It is possible to study individual modules for personal or professional development, or work towards the Award, Certificate or full Diploma.
