What is special about this course? - The MSc Air Transport Operations and Management is designed to meet the increasing demand for aviation professionals within the expanding air transport operations sector of this global industry. You will receive a thorough grounding in management principles, practices and techniques which are strongly contextualised to aviation business applications, especially through case studies. This Masters course aims to produce highly motivated, innovative and creative graduates with the professional abilities and managerial potential necessary to compete for employment in a wide range of worthwhile careers within this exciting industry. Entry requirements

UK equivalent Honours degree at level 2:1, and not less than level 2:2 in a science, engineering or technology discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification
Candidates with significant professional experience within the airline industry will be considered on an individual basis
Applicants will be required to provide academic references prior to admission and where appropriate employer references to support their application
International students require an IELTS score of 6.5 or above or other appropriate English Language Qualification with a minimum score of 6 in each of the 4 language skills tested - listening, reading, writing and speaking.

MSc
To achieve the award of MSc you must complete a research dissertation
