International Human Resource Management
The course, combining core business modules with specialist study in human resource management, is designed to enable learners to examine the increasing internationalisation of people management. This course will develop knowledge and understanding of the key concepts of international human resource management, including its specialist concepts, conceptual frameworks, research evidence and methodologies.
An undergraduate degree in any discipline or equivalent; applicants with relevant professional experience are also considered for entry to the programme.
Modules include: Business management in an international context; managing financial and information resources; international human resource management; marketing, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship; strategic management in an international context; research methods; cross-cultural management and diversity; dissertation.
