The course is designed particularly for those who have a degree in a non IT area, and who wish to develop modern IT skills and knowledge; this training course can be taken either at our Paisley campus, near Glasgow, or off campus, full-time, part-time, and by distance learning, enabling students to study at a time and place to suit work and other commitments.

Entry requirements

Applicants should have a degree from a non-computing background or equivalent professional qualification and experience; students from a business, social sciences, arts, sports science, engineering or science background are encouraged to apply to this IT programme; students possessing an ordinary degree can apply to enrol on the postgraduate diploma and, on successful completion, transfer to the MSc programme.
